All Our Orders Are Primarily Placed Online Through The Store Or Raising An Enquiry On The Software, There Might Be Instances Where Over The Phone Assistance Is Provided. After You Place Your Order, We Will Send You An E-Mail Acknowledgement. Our Phone And Email Addresses Are Available In The Contact Us Section Of Website. Order Is Processed Upon Confirmation Of Payment Or Otherwise If You Are Provided With Credit Terms. By Placing an Order on www.dkaenterprises.com   or Through the DKA ENTERPRISES Software, You Agree That You Are Buying for Your Business Needs. If Material Is In Stock Or Readily Available, Goods Are Delivered In Less Than 5 Working Days. For Special Order Or Out Of Stock Items Delivery Times Are 2 Weeks. If We Are Not Able To Fulfil Your Order Then We Will Refund Your Entire Amount Within 5-7 Business Days. If Order Time Exceeds What We Have Committed To, We Will Contact You To Determine If You Want To Execute The Order With The New Delivery Time. If You Do Not Wish To Execute the Order At That Time, We Will Refund Your Entire Amount.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. You Can Cancel Your Order (Completely Or Partially) At Any Time Before It Is Dispatched From Our Warehouse By Sending An E-Mail From Your Registered E-Mail ID To info@dkaenterprises.com With Your Complete Order Details.’
  2. In Case Of Prepaid Orders Where Payment Was Made Online, (Credit Card/Debit Card/E- Wallet/Net Banking) Refund Will Be Initiated In The Same Payment Mode As Originally Used For Placing The Order. Generally, Refund Amount Gets Credited To You In 24 Hours Of Refund Initiation.
  3.  In Case Of Payment Mode Being Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) Or Cheque Or COD (Cash On Delivery), Please Send Us An Image Of Cancelled Cheque Of The Account In Which You Wish Your Refund, Along With The Cancellation Request.
